"北朝鮮で後継者に決定している正恩氏だが、彼を誰が中心に支えるか決定していない。
１９９４年に死去した金日成主席のときは、軍部が「親孝行息子」として金正日氏を支持した。金正日氏はそのため「先軍政治」を決め、軍の支持に「優遇」で謝意をした。
軍は金正日氏を支えながら、自分たちの権力を強化した。
しかし今は軍に代わって党が正恩氏の支持体制を固めている。軍優先では北朝鮮という国家が維持できないからである。
その北朝鮮では新たに軍に李英鎬総参謀長などの党に従順な軍人を配置しているが、まだまだ古い軍指導者を排除できていない。
このため、今後、軍は古い指導者によってクーデターを起こすか、あるいは党の了解のもとに韓国に対して軍事挑発する可能性がある。"
